Troy Cloney was born in Portland Maine, USA in 1965 but grew up in Fredericton NB, Canada. He started playing guitar and singing when he was about twenty. In 1996, he moved to Brazil. He is a co-ordinator and teacher at Universal English in Curitiba. He plays in a group called "The Folk Fellas" |
