INSPECTIONS
You Get What You Pay For...   then Again Maybe Not
    Inspections Vary Greatly
        In the Industry, Inspections vary from  quick superficial checks that can be completed  in an hour
        or so to comprehensive types that can last 6 hours or more.
        Buyer Beware
        Most Franchised Inspection Firms and  Association Member Inspectors have disclaimers
        limiting their liability and limiting the scope of their Inpections.
        Some Inspectors have Disclaimers (that the Purchaser signs) limiting the Inspector's liability
        to the fee paid for the report and agreeing that the Inspector is not responsible for anything missed.
    Reports Vary Greatly
        The format of inspection reports vary from the very minimalist check box type to 400 page
        binders with 385 pages or so of maintenance and technical information.  A few reports have
